If you find yourself constantly wanting to be happy but it's just such a struggle, there are reasons.
You must change the way you think, and things can be different.
Never have enough, try taking a moment to give thanks for what you DO have. Keep a blessings journal. Daily write down all the things you are thankful for.
Always angry with someone, try thinking of who YOU need to forgive. Harboring anger tends to make one angry.
Instead of focusing on what goes wrong...focus on what's right. Yes, things are going to go wrong, things are going to go badly, but there is a balance to life. Things DO go right. Re-train your brain to recognize, focus, linger on and EXPECT good things.
Meditation and prayer are key to success. Clear your mind and always begin and end your prayer with thanks. Open yourself up to the good out there and you will be amazed at how much happier you are and lighter you feel.None of this is easy and it will take time. Just do it...everyday.
